Why not just use a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet tells you what expired last month. ExpiryFlow tells you what will expire next week, before it becomes a problem on site. Reminders fire automatically. You don't have to check.

How do the reminders work?

Reminders fire automatically at 30, 7, and 1 day before a document expires. They go to the company owner by default. On Pro you can customise which thresholds trigger and add your own intervals.

Can my subcontractors upload their own documents?

Yes. You send a document request from inside ExpiryFlow and the subcontractor gets a secure upload link by email. No account needed on their end. Once they upload, you get a notification and can review the file inline before approving or rejecting it.

What documents can I track?

Anything with an expiry date: CSCS cards, Public Liability Insurance, Employers Liability, ECS cards, COSHH assessments, Method Statements, plant inspection certificates, and more, including documents commonly used for CDM 2015 checks.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit with TLS and stored in European data centres. It is never shared with third parties. ExpiryFlow is GDPR-aligned.
