You've been there. A subcontractor turns up on site and somewhere in the back of your mind you're not sure their CSCS card is still valid. You check. It lapsed three weeks ago. Work stops. It's awkward. It costs you.
So you build a spreadsheet. You tell yourself you'll keep it updated. And for a while, you do. But spreadsheets don't chase you. They sit there quietly while expiry dates come and go and nobody notices until something goes wrong.
ExpiryFlow exists because that cycle is exhausting and entirely avoidable. Not a side project. The thing we actually needed, built because nothing else quite fitted.
